I Love My Planet Toys currently ships to any destination in the USA and Canada.

Your order to the U.S. will be delivered via UPS ground unless you specify overnight, second or third day delivery when you checkout and is based on actual cost from our zipcode 10956 to yours. Shipments to PO boxes will be via US Mail.

Orders are normally shipped within 1-5 business days. Same day shipments may be possible upon special request, but you must call to confirm before ordering. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for UPS ground delivery. If you have a specific date by which you must receive your merchandise, please choose an expedited shipping method at checkout!

International orders will be sent by the US post office Global Priority Mail. The cost is $9 to Canada and $11 to Europe.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return or exchange it for up to 14 days of receiving your order. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges other than for reason of manufacturer defect.

The email address that you give us when you place your order or sign our mailing list will NEVER be shared or sold to anyone and will only be used to communicate information about your order.
